Double Wide Slips:

A Double wide slip gives you the entire water ar= ea between fingers with no neighbor to crash into.  Boats over a 12’ beam requir= e a double wide slip at an additional cost of $595.&n= bsp; This is a good thing, as you may dock other boats in the additional space FREE.  Have a pontoon bo= at and a house boat?  The pontoon is Free.  Got a buddy with a runa= bout and you’ve got a fishing boat?  IF it fits safely, pay for your big boat and the others are Free<= /u>.  Anyone can rent a double wide slip= .  Other possibilities for double wide slips: boat plus a safe swim area for the kids, space for a trampoline, mon= ster tubes, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, fishing boats, etc.

**All slips include trash service, and we hope to provide access to wash down water and courtesy electric <= /p>

(occasional use only), in reasonable proximity to all slips.**

 

Permanent electric and potable water: =

30 Amp electric service and city water is availa= ble to your slip for an additional seasonal fee of $249.  If you need more than one 30A serv= ice, special arrangements can be made.

 

Early Bird Special –  Discount

Get your application submitted along with a 25% deposit prior to Feb. 15, 2009, and take advantage of our early bird bonus = to receive a 5% discount off the entire bill. 

Prepay your entire annual rent= al by Feb.15th, and receive a huge 10% discount.
