Houseboat We
have a great houseboat with all the comforts of home. I guess that’s why they call it a
house. It’s
40’ long and 16’ wide, with a big covered front porch for “chillin’ and grillin’”. A staircase leads to the full upper deck –
a perfect spot for sun bathing and hanging out. From the front porch a sliding glass door
opens to the main salon. The helm
station, dinette, and full bathroom with shower are to your left, and to the
right is the lounge area with convertible sofa, and kitchen with microwave,
stove, and full refrigerator. There
are two bedrooms, and with the dinette opened into a bed and the sofa bed, it
will sleep ten. It’s pretty cozy for
ten adults, but it’s perfect for two or three couples and kids. The boat is air conditioned in case we get
a hot night. |

The
rental includes life jackets, gas bbq grill, large
cooler, service for ten, cooking utensils and cookers, dishtowels, and
bedding including sheets, pillows, and pillowcases. Please bring your own towels and
toiletries. Soft drinks, bottled
water, ice, and picnic supplies are all available at the Ships Store. |

Never
piloted a houseboat before? It’s pretty
easy. The boat has a single outboard so
it’s maneuverable and not exactly a speed racer. A captain will check you out on the operation
of the boat. You can stay parked at the
dock and have the comforts of city water and electricity, or we can take you
and the boat up the lake and park it in your cove of choice – All At No Extra Charge.

Pontoon Boats Premium Class: We have two Premium pontoons. Each has life jackets, a porta-potty, changing room, and a small sink. They are large boats with big outboards, so
they can pull a tube or other toys.
The “Marytoon Two” is an open boat. The “River Rat” has a closed cabin and a
hard top, and can be used for overnights. |

Pontoon Cruisers
Pontoon Cruisers: If you want to hit the lake and aren’t
impressed with fancy upholstery, these ‘toons are for
you. They range from 21’ – 24’, with a
capacity of 10 adults. These are older
boats upgraded with newer outboards for reliability. The carpet might be a little worn and the
seating might be plastic lawn chairs, but in “fun for the money” you can’t beat
a cruiser. With a big, wide, stable deck
these make great fishing boats, too.

Fishing Boats
Fishing Boats: We have two fishing boats. They have tiller steer outboards on open
aluminum hulls. The smaller boat will
seat up to three adults and maybe a kid or two.
The larger boat will hold four adults.
In addition to fishing, these boats are perfect for a tour of the lake
or a run to your favorite cove or sun bathing spot.

reservations on hourly rentals. On all other time periods reservations are
recommended. 50% deposit holds your
reservation.
- There will be no refunds
during the last seven days before your reservation date.
- Bad weather
cancellations are at the discretion of

we will give you a credit to be used on a future rental.
- To rent a boat you
must be 21 years old or older, and have a valid driver’s license.
- Damage deposit and
rental fee is due in full prior to your taking the boat.
- Damage deposit is returned at the end of your rental period if the boat is returned undamaged and reasonably clean.
